HOW IT WORKS
1. PORTRAITS
Stockholm City Hall is a breathtaking location with countless stunning backdrops for your wedding portraits. I typically set aside around 45 minutes for your session, giving us plenty of time to explore at a relaxed pace and capture beautiful, natural moments.
As one of Stockholm’s most iconic landmarks, the area is often bustling with visitors. However, with the right angles and carefully chosen spots, we can create the feeling that you have the entire place to yourselves.
2. MARRIAGE
The wedding ceremony at Stockholm City Hall is brief, typically lasting around 5 minutes.
The only essential thing to remember is to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to check in. Don’t forget to bring a valid ID and two witnesses. If needed, I’m happy to step in as a witness—I’ve done it before and would love to help make your day as smooth as possible!
3. FAMILY PICTURES
Family and friends usually arrive just before the ceremony, which is why it's best to save the group photos for last.
This is especially helpful for those with young children, as it allows them to join in at the right moment without the challenge of keeping them engaged throughout.

Once you’ve booked your wedding ceremony at Stockholm City Hall, reach out to me using the button below. Please include your wedding date, ceremony time, guest count, and any special requests.
If I’m available on your date, I’d love to set up a video meeting to go over your plans, and any preferences you have. If you feel ready to book me, I’ll send you a photography agreement via email (which we’ll sign when we meet), and a 25% booking fee will be required to secure your date.

MOMENTS
The final invoice for the remaining amount will be sent on the Monday after your wedding, with payment due within 10 days.
Your beautifully edited photos will be delivered via an online gallery within 2–3 weeks, allowing you to relive your special day all over again.

What happens if it rains?
No matter the weather, Stockholm City Hall remains a stunning location for wedding portraits. There are several elegant, covered spots perfect for photography, including the arcade, the beige walls, the grand staircase, and the large window inside the City Hall.
Plus, I always bring a transparent umbrella, so we can still capture beautiful moments in the open areas while keeping you dry. Rain or shine, your photos will look timeless and magical!
When should we book?
Time flies, especially during the busy summer months! To ensure availability, I recommend booking your wedding photographer as soon as you’ve set your date. This way, you can secure your spot and focus on the rest of your wedding plans with peace of mind.
What happens if the photographer is sick?
Fortunately, this has never happened—but if I were to fall ill, I would do my best to find a trusted replacement photographer from my professional network. If I’m unable to attend, your booking amount will be fully refunded.
Can we customize the wedding packages?
Yes! My packages can be customized to fit your needs. Send an inquiry to discuss the details!
Can we get the raw files?
RAW files are not included in my offerings, as it is standard practice in the photography industry. I put great care into the editing and finishing of your images to ensure they align with the style and quality you expect when booking me.
How does the payment work?
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The final invoice for the remaining balance will be sent on the Monday after your wedding, with payment due within 10 days.
How does it work with the agreement?
I will email you an agreement detailing the package you’ve chosen and everything included. If you agree to the terms, please reply to the email with your confirmation and complete the booking payment. This secures your date in my calendar and confirms your acceptance of the agreement. You have full usage rights to your photos, which will always be delivered in high resolution and professionally edited. The agreement will be formally signed when we meet in person.
